Elaboration of Bayanus 375ml
Bayanus 375ml (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Clean and bright pale straw yellow colour with green hues. Fine bubbles with plenty of good training and teardrop crown.
- Nose: Clean and free, where the aromas of white fruits such as apples blend with the fine and complex bouquet of bread, brioche and nuts.
- Palate: Dry and glucose, the aftertaste is perfectly harmonious with aromas of pastry parenting.
PAIRING: ideal as an aperitif. To pair with seafood, oysters, caviar and Iberian ham.
HARVEST: manual, in September.
WINE :: Special Blend traditional slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature 14 ° C.

Limpio y franco, donde los aromas de frutas blancas como la manzana se funden con el bouquet fino y complejo de panadero, brioche y frutos secos.
Seco y glicérico, el postgusto es perfectamente armonioso con los aromas de pastelería de la crianza.
Maridaje: Ideal como aperitivo. Para maridar con pescados y mariscos, ostras, caviar y jamón ibérico de bellota.
