I had it alone. I like sharing this sparkling Cava with someone special.
It has a dense colour. Mixed aromas of yeast and bakery. I was surprised that this Agustí Torelló Mata had a slightly bitter end, I liked it.

Se nota un color intenso. Deliciosos aromas de bollería.Me ha parecido fresco y goloso.
Buena opción para tomar a media tarde como aperitivo.
Lo he abierto cuando estaba tranquilo.

Should absolutely be paired with fish. Wine and friends always pairs very well.
It had a very deep colour. Light aromas of yeast and bakery. Very light flavour.

The Macabeo had a very deep color. A wine with clearly projected aromas and flavours, such as yeast. It was a little too acid for my taste, although I'm aware that taste is a matter of choice.
It wasn't well paired with food, but the wine was good and tasty.
I had tried Bayanus with some wine enthusiasts.
