Bach Rosé Brut

Bach Rose Brut Cava is a pale rose colour of medium to high intensity. A good stream of bubbles with light mousse formation at the surface. Pleasant aromas of mature red fruits on the nose (strawberry, cherry) with supple notes of yeast (soft bread). These are accompanied by complex aromas from aging in the cellars

Pale pink medium to high intensity. Good release of carbon with a slight crown formation of foam. Pleasant aromas of ripe red fruits (strawberry, cherry), with hints of yeast (fresh bread). Also complex aromas (nuts and raisins), the latter due to its aging in the cellar. Balanced palate, soft and nice.
