The history of Bach takes us back to 1915 when the brothers Pere and Ramón Bach i Escopet moved to Sant Esteve Sesrovires from Barcelona and purchased the "Can Estrada" estate, which dates back to the XVIII century. Bach Rosé Brut

4 /5

Pale pink medium to high intensity. Good release of carbon with a slight crown formation of foam. Pleasant aromas of ripe red fruits (strawberry, cherry), with hints of yeast (fresh bread). Also complex aromas (nuts and raisins), the latter due to its aging in the cellar. Balanced palate, soft and nice.
