4 /5

Anna de Codorníu Blanc de Noirs plan the optimal time of harvest, despalillamos grapes and press them gently. Being red grape skins remain briefly in contact with the must, and only use the first fraction thereof to the base wine cava brut Anna Blanc de Noirs. These base wines show soft pink hues in the beginning, to be dissipating along fermentations cava to result in more intense than those from white varieties color. Upon completion of the fermentation and stabilized wine, add the liqueur run. The bottles pass underground cellars (at a constant temperature of 15 ° C) where a second fermentation followed by a period of aging in contact with yeast lees occurs. In total, the wine is nine months in storage, after which the removed (decantation bottles to facilitate agglutination and then removing sediments) and disgorgement occurs. Subsequently an amount of expedition liqueur is dosed and finally, finally we cover the bottle with a cork.
