Nose: Notes of baked apples, roasted almonds, butter, wood, dry leaves. Satiny and creamy.

Deep colour at first sight. Very yeasty, and biscuity, on the nose. Light wine, more than expected.
I got this Agustí Torelló Mata Reserva Barrica in a wine stand.

We drank the whole bottle at a time with friends and a good conversation. It has a nice colour. Bakery smell at the end. Roasted flavours.
It would go perfect with blue fish.

I bought it at a wine tasting stand.
For being a cava, it seemed freshy.

It was a birthday present for my friend.
Very light flavour. Very yeasty and biscuity on the nose. As many 2014, it was a little rough.
The ideal wine to finish a meal.

I do not recommend pairing this sparkling of Agustí Torelló Mata with meat. I was lucky enough to try it with a client.
Has a very cheerful colour. Good yeast aromas enhance a wine's bouquet. It tasted like a mouth-watering candy.

Has a strong colour. I loved the smell of baking. It has a slightly salty final.
It's better not to pair it and drink it alone.
