TASTING NOTES OF Agusti Torello Mata Brut Reserva 2013:
- View: pale straw yellow, greenish reflections.
- Nose: apple, candy, a background of fresh herbs and balsamic mentholated.
- Mouth: elegant and balanced, fruity and fresh, ripe apple and syrup, carbonic very well integrated, excellent balance sugar-acid. Aftertaste long and delicate.
GRAPES: 39% Macabeo 23% Xarel·lo, 38% Parellada.
WINE PAIRING: appetizers, fish, seafood cream, white meats, goat cheese and desserts.
TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5%

Has a very cheerful colour. Reminds me of other sparkling wines, aromas of yeast. Quite light, but was ok for my taste.
It accompanied our desserts.

I noticed a dull colour. Mixed aromas of yeast and bakery. Licorice flavour.
It was not right with the meat.
