- View: Agusti Torello Mata Brut Reserva 2009 has a pale straw color with green hues. Fine and persistent bubbles slowly progressive, with good training rosaries.
- Nose: Clean and fruity, with hints of apple, caramel notes and a background of fresh herbs and balsamic menthol.
- Mouth: Elegant and balanced, fruity and fresh, with notes of ripe apple and syrup. Carbonic nicely integrated, with excellent sugar-acid balance. Long aftertaste and delicate.

Has a very cheerful colour. Reminds me of other sparkling wines, aromas of yeast. Quite light, but was ok for my taste.
It accompanied our desserts.

It was not right with the meat.
