TASTING NOTES OF Agustí Torelló Mata Brut Reserva 2007:
- View: Pale straw yellow with bright green flashes. Fine and persistent bubble of slow evolution, with good formation of rosaries
- Nose: Very clean and fruity aroma, with hints of green apple, hints of caramel, on a background of fresh herbs and balsamic touches menthol
- Mouth: The final impression is elegant, balanced, fruity and fresh, friendly with notes of apple and syrup. Scrubbers well integrated, with excellent sugar-acid balance. Long and delicate.
GRAPES: 48% Macabeo, 25% Xarel.lo and 27% Parellada
AGEING: Always with a minimum of 24 months
PAIRING: Ideal for appetizers, fish with creamy sauces, creams, seafood, white meats, goat cheese and desserts.

Has a very cheerful colour. Reminds me of other sparkling wines, aromas of yeast. Quite light, but was ok for my taste.
It accompanied our desserts.

It was not right with the meat.
