- Palate: At a certain smoothness and balance, but now joined the maturity and yet those who are rich grilled.

Has a very cheerful colour. Reminds me of other sparkling wines, aromas of yeast. Quite light, but was ok for my taste.
It accompanied our desserts.

I noticed a dull colour. Mixed aromas of yeast and bakery. Licorice flavour.
It was not right with the meat.
