TASTING NOTES OF Agustí Torelló Mata Brut Reserva 2000:
Has a bright yellow with green highlights color, it is characterized by its fine bubbles and slow evolution.
Its aroma is fruity and fresh, you can feel the fragrance of green apple candy and herbs in the background.
In mouth feels fresh and balanced flavor of apple and syrup, with a touch of sugar and acidity long but delicate time.
GRAPES: 48% Macabeo, 25% Xarel.lo and 27% Parellada.
STAY IN BARRELS: At least 2 years at rest.
CONSUME: We suggest serving it at 6 °C, suitable for appetizers, seafood and desserts.

Has a very cheerful colour. Reminds me of other sparkling wines, aromas of yeast. Quite light, but was ok for my taste.
It accompanied our desserts.
