TASTING NOTES OF Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva 2010:
- View: pale golden yellow, green reflections.
- Nose: notes of butter, toast with ripe fruit funds.
- Mouth: aging notes, ripe fruit, hints of toast and nuts. Final broad, long and persistent.
APPELLATION: Cava.
VINEYARD: Agustí Torelló Mata
GRAPES: 38% Macabeo 34% Parellada and 28% Xarel·lo.
WINE PAIRING: ham, assorted Iberian, seafood, fish in sauce, rice, poultry, meats and semi-cured cheeses.
TEMPERATURE: 6-7ºC
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5%
