Agustí Torelló Mata Brut Gran Reserva 2014 (Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel·lo)

GRAPES: Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel·lo.
AGEING: Subsequent aging on its lees for 3 months. Second fermentation on the lees in the bottle for 5 years in the cellars at a constant temperature of 17 ° C.
PREPARATION: Gentle pressing. Fermentation cellar each variety separately for 28 days at 16 ° C. Old vineyards of the best subzones of the Penedes, eco-rating. Gravel and caliche soils for Macabeo; type clays and chalky Xarello for sandstones and slate for Parellada.
