TASTING NOTES OF Agusti Torello Brut Reserva 2013:
- View: pale straw yellow, greenish reflections.
- Nose: apple, caramel notes, a background of fresh herbs and balsamic mentholated.
- Mouth: elegant, balanced, fruity, fresh, notes of ripe apple and syrup, carbonic very well integrated with excellent sugar-acid balance. Aftertaste long and delicate.
APPELLATION: Cava.
GRAPES: 39% Macabeo 23% Xarel·lo, 38% Parellada.
WINE PAIRING: appetizers, fish, seafood cream, white meats, goat cheese and desserts.
TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5%
