Pago de Tharsys Brut Nature is a different, original sparkling wine, a wine to discover, which in 2005 was chosen as the best cava in Spain within Enoforum. Part of the merit of its exquisite palate is thanks to the aging in rhyme during 18 months in the subsurface of the winery, which is from 1808, where there rules an environment of great stability of temperature and humidity. Undoubtedly, a precious cava with a wonderful presentation, fantastic to give to others or to yourself.

Pago de Tharsys Brut Nature (Macabeo, Chardonnay and Viura)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Pago de Tharsys Brut Nature is very pale straw colour with golden highlights. Good bubble that forms a persistent crown.
- Nose: presents white flowers, citrus (tangerine), with slight memories of hay, pastries and nuts.
- Mouth: have a good offense, is clean, with a marked acidity, resulting creamy and good travel. The white flowers is what stands in the finish.
GRAPES: 80% Macabeo and 20% Chardonnay
