TASTING NOTES OF Recaredo Brut de Brut Gran Reserva 2006:
- View: attractive pale golden yellow color, delicate column made of elegant and thin strings of tiny bubbles, persistent crown half.
- Nose: elegant and fine aromatic expression, a strong predominance of white fruit compote and fine pastry memories, memories of coca candied fruits; other nuances of parenting, touch of toasted nuts and lees, a fund with a slight trace aniseed.
- Mouth: superb, with great presence and character; round, enveloping, creamy, with good sensations of candied fruit and citrus notes, with a carbon unnoticed, feeling of creaminess step; good and balanced acidity; Return aromatic with notes of cooked fruit such as pears baked.
