TASTING NOTES:

- Nose: fragrant aroma of strawberries and red cherries, earthy hues.
- Mouth: medium-bodied, elegant and refreshing finish.
APPELLATION: Casablanca Valley.
VINEYARD: less than 30 miles off the coast of the Pacific, the vines enjoy cooling breezes that attenuate the intensity of the sun and allow the grapes to ripen slowly, developing many lovely fresh acids and aromas.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir 100%.
WINE PAIRING: Seared tuna steak in a sesame seed crust, cured beef bresaola and duck classic Beijing.
