Errazuriz Wild Ferment Pinot Noir 2019 (Pinot Noir)

TASTING NOTES:

View: beautiful deep ruby red color with bright flashes of violet.
Nose: aromas of black fruits with notes of blueberries, pepper and smoked touches.
Mouth: robust flavor, fresh, elegant, spicy, with notes of cherry, blackberry, plum and light tones of sweet wood. With a long finish and soft tannins.

APPELLATION: Aconcagua Valley (Chile).

VINEYARD: Vina Errazuriz.

GRAPES: Pinot Noir.

AGEING: mature in oak barrels.

PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and once in the winery are pressed and fermented in wooden barrels. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and humidity.

WINE PAIRING: Ideal with red meats, sausages, cold meats, white meat, rice with meat, pastas, pizzas, stews and casseroles.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C

- The palate stands out for its red fruit with light notes of toast and nuts such as hazelnuts.
- This medium to big-bodied wine features tannins that lend structure and very good acidity in an elegant style with good weight on the palate and a long life ahead in the bottle.
