Lazzari Capriano del Colle Rosso Riserva Degli Angeli
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Intense red ruby shine.
- Nose: Complex aromas, mainly highlighting red fruits and flowers of the same color. In the background, earthy notes, spices and vanilla, which blend perfectly with the rest of the ensemble are perceived.
- Mouth: strong but elegant taste, which is characterized by its freshness. Acidity mixed gently so idyllic, improving volume and giving it a long, lively and pleasant finish.
APPELLATION: Capriano del Colle.
VINEYARD: Lazzari.
GRAPES: Marzemino, Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet.
AGEING: 14 months in French oak.
PREPARATION: The grapes are collected in baskets, each separate type of grape and carried fermenting at 25 °C temperature. Maceration occurs in oak barrels for at least 14 months and once the process is finished, left to mature for another 6 months. When cold clarified and bottled, before being sold must spend another 10 months bottled.
PAIRING: Red meats, grills, roasts, rice and pasta. Some salads and desserts, spicy dishes.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-19 °C
ALCOHOL: 14.5%
