TASTING NOTES:
- View: Intense cherry, with purple tones. Clean, bright, thick tear drop slowly.
- Nose: aromas of ripe, floral red fruit.
- Palate: Silky, structured. Presence of blackberry, plum, vanilla, leather. Tannic and sweet.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Campo De Borja
VINEYARD: Bodegas Borsao. Mount vineyards 35 to 60 years old located at 600-700 meters, with clayey-chalky, stony and loamy soils.
GRAPES: Grenache
PREPARATION: Maceration for 20-25 days in total. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 ° - 30 °.
AGING: 5 months in new French oak Bordelaise.
