Borsao Tres Picos 2017 (Garnacha)
TASTING NOTES OF Borsao Tres Picos 2017:
- View: very intense cherry red with purple tones.
- Nose: aromas of red and floral fruits
- Mouth: rich, well structured, reminiscent of blackberries, strawberries, leather, vanilla, plums. Sweet and pleasant tannin, well integrated, with a long and balanced finish.
DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Campo De Borja
VINEYARD: Bodegas Borsao
GRAPES: Garnacha 100%
AGING: Maceration for 20-25 days in total.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
between 25º - 30º.
ELABORATION: 5 months of aging in new French oak Bordeaux barrels
PAIRING: Starters, Ham and sausages, Cheese, Semi-cured cheese, Meat, Red meat, White meat
TEMPERATURE OF CONSUMPTION: 16-18ºC
