Elaboration of Borsao Tres Picos 2016
Borsao Tres Picos 2016 (Garnacha and Garnacha negra)
TASTING NOTES of Borsao Tres Picos 2016:
- View: very intense cherry red with purple tones.
- Nose: aromas of red and floral fruits typical of Grenache.
- Mouth: rich, well structured, reminiscent of blackberries, strawberries, leather, vanilla, plums. Sweet and palatable tannin, well integrated, with a long and balanced finish.
DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Campo De Borja
VINEYARD: Bodegas Borsao
GRAPES: Grenache
AGING: Maceration for 20-25 days in total. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 25º - 30º.
ELABORATION: 5 months in Bordeaux new French oak barrels.
