Azzulo Blanco Semidulce
- View: pale yellow, greenish tones.
- Nose: High intensity of varietal character, very fresh fruity aromas, floral notes of white stone fruit.
- Mouth: Very nice entrance, very lively, fresh, young man with a very large step, gourmand, a final long with hints of fresh grapes flavored mouth.
APPELLATION: Campo de Borja.
GRAPES: Viura and Chardonnay.
MAKING: the grapes are pressed with a slight pressure to obtain the flower must. Once obtained, a rapid settling is performed by flotation to obtain a crystal clear wort. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts and at controlled temperatures between 14 and 16ºC. The mixture is after alcoholic fermentation.
