AGEING: This wine is aged for 6 months in American white oak barrels.
DEVELOPMENT: The grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon type are left to macerate at warm temperatures before being pressed. After the press, the product passes through a fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, using natural and selected yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is aged in American white oak barrels for 6 months. Then allowed to stand, filtered and bottled.
PAIRING: Pasta, pizza, hamburgers, roasted red meat, lamb, sausages, mature cheeses.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
