  • Nose: The first thing a drinker will notice when they smell this wine is the spicy aroma. Scents of cloves, ginger, and citrus make this drink smell unique.
  • Mouth: This drink is a wine and dessert all in one! It's fruity components taste of apricot, lemon, and coconut. Some other flavours that make this wine deliciously complex include vanilla, cloves, butter, and oak.


VINEYARD: The grapes used in this wine are grown all over California. The Kendall-Jackson company takes grapes from Montry, Santa Barbara, Menocino, and Sonoma Counties to make this wine. For this reason, their Chardonnay grapes all take on unique fruity flavours, ranging from acidic pineapple to mellow pear flavours.

GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay

AGEING: The grapes are aged in a mix of French and American oak barrels. Most of Kendall-Jackson's barrels are used, giving their wine a different taste than if they were to use new barrels. The grapes are left in these barrels for six months before being bottled.

PREPARATION: The win is made in small batches, which explains its unique flavour. The grapes are pressed before being destemmed to take some of the flavour of the stems. Next, they are fermented. Finally, they are aged in oak barrels for six months before being bottled.

PAIRING: This wine pairs best with seafood and pasta with cream-based sauces.

Good wine to drink between hours. Someone let me try it.
I was impressed by its colour. Perfume of white flowers: jasmine, lilies .... A slightly bitter end.

The Kendall Chardonnay Jakcson born in vineyards located on hills and mountains of the California coast. This extraordinary terroir benefits from particular climatic and geological conditions that give the power and wealth grapes, developing wines of great prestige and complexity. It is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. After a cold pressing, the grapes are fermented in barriques thus adding complexity to the wine. Then the wine is aged on the lees for about 5 months. This Chardonnay has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with elegant tropical notes of pineapple, mango and papaya, enriched by pleasant citrus notes and delicate vanilla flavors. The palate is pleasantly fruity, divinely complex and with a balanced body. Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with dishes based on fish and shellfish.
