TASTING NOTES:

- Nose: concentrated and complex.
- Mouth: soft tannins with beautiful layers of blackberries and blueberries, smoked bacon notes, sweet vanilla and black, smooth and powerful chocolate.

WINE PAIRING: pasta salad with Ganda ham, fried black pudding with apple puree with apple oven, blood sausage stew with beans, braised lamb with Provencal herbs and beans.

I had it at a barbecue party.
My friends and I drank it in a specialized bar.
A really tasteful wine of red ruby colour. Smells a lot of oak. Quite sweet.
It was too well-bodied for our meal.
Do not forget decanting.
