Lohr owns approximately 1500 hectares of estate vineyards throughout California's Central Coast. This region is characterized by microclimates and an array of soil compositions, making it possible to find ideal conditions for any grape variety. J. Lohr prioritizes environementally-friendly farming and winemaking practices.

GRAPES: 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 4% Petite Syrah, and

13% other red varietals.

PREPARATION: Ariel Vineyards is a sustainable winery that offers quality de-alcoholized wines. Ariel Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon De-Alcoholised 2017 allows you to enjoy all of the antioxidants and sophisticated flavour of red wine without the alcohol. The wine is fermented in stainless steel container, then separated from the skins before part of the wine is moved to oak casks for ageing. After ageing but before bottling, the alcohol is removed using a cold filtration system.
