- Tasting notes: Color: cherry, garnet rim. Aroma ripe fruit, spicy, creamy oak, toasty, complex, chocolate, earthy. powerful, tasty, toasted mouth, ripe tannins.
- DETAILS OF PREPARATION: The grapes come from vineyards planted between 1925 and 1945, located on top of a hill 900 meters above sea level. clayey soils of decomposed slate.
Carefully harvested by hand, selecting only those clusters that have the perfect ripeness. In the cellar they go through a selection table to choose grapes that are in perfect condition.
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration ten to twelve days at a temperature between 26-28C and then aged in barrels for 12-14 months.
