Barbazul 2018 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Tintilla de Rota)

  • Nose: clean and rich in nuances, orange blossom, citrus, white flowers, peach, apricot and herbaceous nose memories.
  • Mouth: Very tasty. Big star fruit. Intense, fresh and elegant.

APPELLATION: VT Cádiz.VINEYARD: vineyards, planted on hillsides at an altitude of between 100 and 200 meters above sea level.GRAPES: Chardonnay.

PREPARATION: alcoholic at a controlled 12 °C for a period of 20 days fermentation temperature.

PAIRING: stuffed eggplant, rice fish, eggs, grilled vegetables, white meats, goat cheese, sausage, cream, white grilled fish, grilled seafood and appetizer.RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 °CALCOHOL: 13.5%
