Barbazul 2017 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Tintilla de Rota)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: dark garnet, violet tones ..
  • Nose: wide aromatic range, wild scrubland herbs, citrus touches.
  • Mouth: good acidity, soft, long aftertaste, right wine and tasty.

APPELLATION: VT Cádiz.

VINEYARD: Vineyard located between the swamp Bornos Sierra de Grazalema ls.

GRAPES: Syrah 70%, 15% Merlot, Tintilla Rota 10% and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

AGEING: aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

PREPARATION: grapes harvested by hand, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.

WINE PAIRING: Rice with meat, vegetables, Iberian ham, white meat, sausages, semi-hard cheeses and red meats on the grill.

TEMPERATURE: 14-16 °C

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15%
