Barbazul Red wine is a wine of the Cadiz area, specifically Arcos de La Frontera, whose farm is situated between the Sierra de Grazalema and the swamp Bornos, providing a special microclimate to the area with warm days and cool nights, which help to maintain the acidity in the grapes and have a slow maturation
Is a revelation in the cup of red fruits, spices and mineral notes join forces to give this wine its own personality
Is the little brother of the famous Taberner (available online) is a wine that uses four different types of grapes: Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tintilla Rota, gets to be a wine of terroir and transmit the qualities of the land from which , it is aged for 6 months in Allier French oak barrels that give aromas of cherry and syrup
It is a tasty wine in the mouth, fresh and with a balanced acidity, reminiscent of the freshness of the fruit and causes sensations on the palate evoking the best of the Cadiz mountains, its light, its aroma and its landscape
It's such a fresh wine that almost reminiscent of the sea and the salt.
