TASTING NOTES:
- Color: silver, sleek and firm.
- Odor: characterized by spicy tropical sugarcane and pure and subtle fruit aroma.
- Taste: sweet, vegetable, harmonious, hitting the correct notes of sugar cane and a touch of heat in the end.
PRODUCER: house comes from the Fazenda Soledade in Rio, Brazil. A family business founded in 1827, which began production of soft and distilled cachaça since 1977 with a vocation since production quality, valuing the original flavors of the cane. It has fields 800 meters from sea level in the mountains along the river Paraiba do Sul, special feature in its production. They have incorporated technologies that ensure high quality levels, but in turn, remain faithful to the traditional techniques of artisan production.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: creation comes from cane juice long and is produced by a process elaborate method where sugar cane is pressed within the first 24 hours after harvesting, it is distilled twice in copper stills and mixed with water from the well of the distillery, resulting in a refreshing spirit light notes of raw sugar cane and tropical flavors.
