Chevalier Chevalier Blanc de Blancs Brut (Piccolo) 0.20 Liter 200ml

4 /5

Chevalier Blanc de Blanc Brut, bottled here on Piccolo bottles. The establishment of the Burgundian house Chevalier Charney near Macon dates back to the year 1920. The founding father Eugène Chevalier has the honor of having introduced one of the first traditional bottle fermentation in the Maconnais. This drew this part of Burgundy Cote Chalonnaise and the same with the Côte de Nuits, where the Méthode Traditionnelle had already received a great response. Full of enthusiasm and with the knowledge of the quality of quality sparkling wines of Burgundy is called in the aftermath out the Champagne. Eugène Chevalier had made an important contribution to make Crémant de Bourgogne, as the sparkling wine was named after the traditional method, first in France and straightway on the borders of the country known.
