TASTING NOTES:
- View: beautiful ruby red.
- Nose: aromas of red berries and fruits, spice tones lighter and weeds.
- Mouth: juicy, fruity, medium intensity, with an elegant refreshing aftertaste.
APPELLATION: Burgundy.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir 100%.
AGEING: after fermentation for 12-15 days in steel tanks at low temperature, the wine ages six months French oak barrels (25%) and stainless steel tanks (75%).
PREPARATION: made from grapes produced selected based on long-term contracts by growers across the region that commit to meet the criteria established by strict quality Bouchard Pere & Fils.
PAIRING WINE: grilled meats, meat pies, poultry and soft cheeses.

The history of the Bouchard's family starts in 1731 with Michel Bouchard, merchant of woolen cloth, native from the Dauphiné's region, who founded this House of Commerce in Volnay, in Burgundy.
