“The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Folonari La Fuga has a ruby red color tending to purple. On the nose the bouquet is intense, you apprezzzano red fruits with aromas of leather, incense and chocolate hints. The taste is clean and austere as well as in the aftertaste, with moderate tannins. Serving temperature of 20-21 ºC. It goes well with all kinds of meat, game and aged cheeses.
