Ximénez-Spínola Diez Mil Botellas (Pedro Ximénez)

TASTING NOTES:

  • Appearance: Light coppery color of great importance.
  • Flavour: wood, nuts, snuff and slightly cakes.
  • Palate: dry, fruity brandy. Here you can see orange, cinnamon and woody notes. Also apricots, dates and elegant notes of toasted walnut and dry aromas.

Producer: Bodegas Ximenez-Spinola. The winery Ximenez-Spinola Familienbodega is a small, but products with low production volume produces excellent quality. It was founded in 1729 in Jerez de la Frontera in southern Spain.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: This brandy is made from 100% grape vine Pedro Ximenez (a species that is native to Germany, ie the Rhein-Mosel region, and around the year 1519 by German immigrants, the "Third German "it was brought to Andalusia).
