PRODUCTION DETAILS: With a long history in the art of crafting spirits that dates back to 1781, the Sánchez Romate house presents this sherry brandy carefully distilled into perfection. Obtained from the distillation of wine from the Palomino, Airén, and Pedro Ximénez grape varieties conducted in copper stills, this spirit is carefully aged in old American oak barrels for at least two years. This house incorporates the modern techniques of quality control into the most traditional methods of distillation, thus creating truly superb spirits. Smooth and elegant on the palate, this brandy is perfect to be enjoyed on its own or with a couple of ice cubes. Or if you fancy a more daring flavour, this is the perfect brandy for a mojito cocktail, or a more sophisticated brandy Alexander.
At the end of the 18th century, the busy streets of Jerez de la Frontera was proof of the bustling activity in the city, which was thriving thanks to the exports of its renowned wines.More about the Producer
