PRODUCTION DETAILS: made exclusively grape pomace ink, distilled in copper stills immediately after pressing. Given the freshness of pressed grapes, grape marc spirit are very fragrant and have a low methanol content. After distillation, marc alcohol remains in oak barrels for more than 10 years. During the aging process, was slowly diluted with deionized water until the alcohol concentration down to about 39.5%.
