At the bottom of Spain, in Andalusia, the Jerez region is known around the world for its special brandy. The southernmost point of Europe is home to a special triangular region which is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and two rivers on the others. Osborne has been crafting fine brandies in the Jerez region since it was founded in 1772.
Carlos III is a Spanish brandy which spends more than six years in Oloroso Sherry casks via the Criaderas and Solera ageing system. In this system, mature "Solera" distillates are mixed with the younger "Criaderas" distillates. This allows the younger wines to take on the aromas and flavours of their older siblings. The Solera used for this brandy was constituted back in 1904. The use of this ageing system is the best way to ensure that the personality and flavour of Carlos III remain the same over time so that consumers know that they will be getting the same delicious product every time.
This fine Jerez brandy is a shiny, bright amber in the glass. The balanced aromas will draw you in while the rounded, toasted flavour will keep you coming back for more. Carlos III , named after the revolutionary King of Spain of the same name, is perfect for after dinner drinks.

Brandy Carlos III, take slightly cold cups catavinos or similar to those used for wine, in snifter fine crystal taking care that not too big or, if preferred, in large beaker adding one or two ice cubes to refresh and extend the drink.
