TASTING NOTES:

  • Color: Brandy Felipe II has a slightly reddish amber trim colour. Bright, clear and bright.
  • Odour: aromatic Brandy medium intensity, with notes of good spirit and enriched by fine notes of nuts and figs. Elegant nuance of oak with notes of vanilla and chocolate.
  • Mouth: Soft and velvety, persistent palate. Slightly doomed.

WINEMAKING: obtained from holandas selected and distilled spirits, healthy and balanced wines. Its production process and aging is characterized by a special and careful assembly of the various spirits that are part of its composition, and the use of its aging in American oak casks previously soaked in wine with oloroso sherry, following the traditional method dynamic aging hatcheries and sills.

TASTING NOTES:
- Color: Brandy Felipe II is amber with reddish tints, very shiny and bright.
- Smell: Very aromatic distillate smelling good, with slight tints of fruits and figs.
- Mouth: Mild flavour on the palate, very velvety.
WINEMAKING: In preparing holandas columns and high strength spirits are used. Aging is traditional, by the solera system and hatcheries in American oak casks soaked in wine.
