The magical land of Jerez is a special triangle in southern Spain from where the best brandies of Spain are born. The unique soil mixed with the Andalusian sun and the winemaking history of the region all combine to make Jerez special. From all of that comes the carefully produced Brandy 501, produced in the traditional manner of the region.
Founded in 1783, Bodegas 501 took advantage of its prime location in El Puerto de Santa Maria to become one of the major brandy producers in Spain. Founded by D. Pascual Moreno de Mora, through his hard work and dedication the brand grew to be named the Supplier of the Royal House by King Alfonso XII in 1875. The distillery was even visited by King Alfonso XII and his wife, Queen María Cristina, twice during their reign, in 1877 and 1882.
Brandy 501 Solera is a very subtle brandy full of different tones of flavour, tinges of fruit, and hints of nuts. The quality raw materials make for an excellent brandy with a dark amber colour and reflections of mahogany. Try this classic brandy neat, on the rocks, or mixed into a brandy cocktail. It is perfect for pairing with desserts or to simply enjoy on its own.
