TASTING NOTES OF Aged Tsipouro Kardasis:
- Color: Amber bright and intense, with coppery highlights
- Olor: Dominated aromas of fresh fruit, vanilla, citrus, spices and chocolate, with a slight smoky notes.
- Taste: It has a rich and elegant flavor with fine notes of ripe fruit, vanilla, caramel, chocolate and a long finish.
PRODUCER: Kardasi Distillery.
PRODUCTION DETAILS: This tsipouro is made from the single muscatel of Tyrnavos double distillation made traditionally in copper stills. The aging is done in barrels of American and French oak, where they remain for a period of between 18 and 24 months.
