On a windy peninsula in the Northeast of Scotland, there stands the worldwide famous Glenmorangie Distillery and pours out its whisky with pride and dignity. The brand doesn't only care for tradition and authenticity when it comes to the production of its successful products but also focusses all its strategy on the history of the land.
For instance, the emblem of Glenmorangie Distillery is a reflection of one of the most significant and oldest sculptures of European history, the Cadboll Stone. In addition to it, the distillery also owns Scotland's tallest copper stills which stretch just like giraffes 5.14 metre high. The oak casks are used only twice while most distilleries use their barrels at least 4 or 5 times. But that doesn't hold back the company from travelling far around the globe at the search of special casks for special whiskies.
