Our winery was completed in 2005, with the latest technology, with a building design that enhances the architecture of the area. It covers an area of more than 4500 square meters, with controlled temperature and humidity. Its production capacity is 1.3 million liters in stainless steel tanks and a cellar for 900 oak barrels and a maximum stowage of 720,000 bottles. It is equipped with an internal laboratory, where quality controls (internal) and labeling controls are carried out.
The wines of Andeluna are the reflection of the SOIL and the EARTH. Each bottle of wine has our geographical identity: Gualtallary, Tupungato. We seek to exalt in each of them the attributes of this area and in this way capture the nuances of this rocky, calcareous, mineral soil and this unique climate, with marked thermal amplitude and an important altitude above sea level, a typical climate of Mountain. We put the focus on the vines, the soil where they are born, the terroir where they grow and that is what we seek to transmit. The harvest points are also fundamental to achieve this goal, which continues once the grape is in the cellar.
