TASTING NOTES OF Jim Beam Rye Pre-Prohibition Style:
- colour: clear, amber with golden tones.
- Olor: Predominant scents rye, vanilla and spices. There is also presence of cloves and toasted walnuts.
- Taste: On the palate feel rye tones, caramel and spice flavors with toasted wood, red fruit and pepper at the end.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: Although Jim Bean has not revealed the old family recipe for this whiskey, it is known that the fermentation process uses about 55% of must rye, besides owning 90% of clarity. Then it is aged for 4 years in oak barrels.
