Borba Branco 2015
It had a bright yellow colour. Daffodil Smells. I liked the Borba Branco, although it tasted a bit rough.
I was lucky to taste this Borba Branco with pickled fish.
A client gave it to me.

Borba 2015
An elegant Alentejo with a very deep and dense colour. Hints of honey. Very nice on the palate, with a short aftertaste.
I enjoyed it with a Cantabrian dish of seafood.
This 2015 was recommended by a friends of ours.
Bought it at Uvinum, unhesitatingly.
However, this Borba is good with a subtle and pleasant acidity.
