The Bolgheri Rosato Cassiopeia Poggio al Tesoro The Sondraie begins in the vineyard, located in the heart of the territory bolgherese.Si obtained from Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes, harvested by hand in early September. For a soft pressing of the whole grapes following fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for 20 days. The wine is aged on the lees and aged for a further month in the bottle before being marketed. Intense pink color with violet hues, expresses exquisite aroma of blackberry and raspberry, enriched with a pleasant spiciness. At the palate fresh and satisfying, great leggerezza.Perfetto aperitif, it goes well with bruschetta, seafood, light meats and creamy cheeses. Recommended in the company of a good pizza Margherita.
