TASTING NOTES OF Podere Prospero Bolgheri Rosso 2015:
- View: intense ruby red.
- Nose: fruity notes of cherry, plum, spicy notes of almond shells, black pepper, nutmeg, balsamic sensations, such as mint and eucalyptus, Mediterranean shrubs, nice touches of cocoa and snuff.
- Mouth: enveloping, almost velvety, very nice, wrapped in aromatic herbs tasty and persistent flavor of fresh fruit and berries.
APPELLATION: Bolgheri.
GRAPES: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
