Collemassari Bolgheri Rosso 2019 (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese)
- View: bright ruby.
- Nose: strong and persistent aromas, notes of black fruit, notes of candied plum, notes of licorice and sweet spices of cinnamon, snuff sweet.
- Mouth: soft and round with good progress supported with a pleasant fruity acidity. Spice notes, with a nice tannin.
VINEYARD: vñedos 300 m. altitude with different exposures and soil composition. Clays tobáceas, marly limestone, conglomerate pebbles calcareous alluvial clays.
GRAPES: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc 20%, Merlot 10% and 10% Sangiovese.
AGEING: Aged for 10 months in barrels. Aged in bottle for 6 months minimum.
PREPARATION: vinification vats open oak frustoconical and steel for alcoholic fermentation. malolactic fermentation in barrel.
WINE PAIRING: pasta, red meats, game birds and cheeses.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16 ° C
