Sassicaia 1987 (Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon)
Sassicaia 1987 is the wine that revolutionized the Italian wine scene in 1974 this fantastic wine won a tasting of Decanter magazine several of the best Bordeaux Grand Cru Classé.
TEMPERATURE: Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
WINE PAIRING: Confit of duck or roast suckling pig.
GRAPES: Assembly of cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc.
PREPARATION: He made a maceration-fermentation for a fortnight in wooden vats.
AGEING: Subsequent aging for 24 months in French oak barrels.

Not worth the cost, however. Absolutely not good value for money. With that money you can buy other wines. Price is right for me 60 euro.
Strong, concentrated, with sweet and balanced tannins on the palate. Very long finish with very important organoleptic and poliphenolic aspects, which will ensure to this wine an extraordinary longevity.
