Yoghurt jelly with fruits

Also today we recommend an excellent recipe for the summer, but this time it is a dessert: Yoghurt jelly with fruits.


  • 500 g yoghurt
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 8 cl orange blossom water
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 1 peach
  • 125 g strawberries
  • 3 leaves gelatine


Wash the fruit. Dice the strawberries and the peeled peach. Put the fruits in 6 small glasses. Soften the gelatine leaves with cold water. In the meantime, put the orange blossom water and the honey in a small pot and bring to the boil. Next, put the gelatine leaves in the hot honey (not on the stove!) They should melt immediately.

Mix everything with the yoghurt and pour the mixture over the fruit. Put the glasses in the fridge. Once the yoghurt has cooled down, it will take on the consistency of jelly and you can serve it.
